Our Annual Service incorporates a 25 key point service (see full list of points below), during which your hot tub is thoroughly inspected, cleaned and sanitised. The only thing you need to do is leave your hot tub filled with water and turned on ready for our engineer to start work. The Annual Service usually takes around 2-3 hours to complete subject to your hot tub size, and after completion you will be provided with an annual service report showing the checks completed along with any service recommendations.
Where possible any small problems will be sorted out during the service at no extra charge. If we find any broken parts and the engineer has suitable parts on board their vehicle these will be fitted free during the service so you will only pay for the parts.
There is no pre-payment required, you simply pay the engineer on the day by cash or credit/debit card.

Like any good hot tub owner, you probably spend a good deal of time making sure your hot tub is as clean as it possibly can be. Just looking at your hot tub, you can see how clean the bottom and sides are and how crystal clear the water is. But what about the parts you can’t see? In these hard to reach and see areas is where everything can begin to collect that result in stinky smells, cloudy water and scum lines around your tub.
Why a Hot Tub Deep Clean Is Important
When you use a hot tub regularly, dirt, grime and other chemicals from your skin can begin to buildup throughout your hot tub that can greatly impact the quality of your water. Some of the most common substances that build up in these unseen places are:
When these get inside your hot tub, they can begin to dirty up your filters preventing them from doing their job causing your water quality to suffer and, in extreme cases; can even produce some rather unpleasant odors.
